Event Disclaimer

By purchasing a ticket to or attending any event organized, promoted, or hosted by Goodtimers Entertainment, LLC (“Goodtimers”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Refunds will not be issued due to scheduling conflicts, changes in event lineup, weather conditions, venue changes, or other factors outside of Goodtimers’ control.
2. Assumption of Risk
Attendees voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to any event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event. Goodtimers and its affiliates, partners, staff, and vendors shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or harm sustained as a result of attending or participating in an event, including but not limited to exposure to infectious diseases (e.g., COVID-19), personal injury, or property damage.
3. Right to Refuse Admission
Goodtimers reserves the right, without refund, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly, unsafe, or in violation of event rules or venue policies, including failure to comply with applicable dress codes or ID requirements.
4. Age Requirement
All Goodtimers events are strictly 21 & Over. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry. No exceptions will be made. Failure to present proper ID will result in denied entry without refund.
5. Dress Code
Each Goodtimers event maintains a dress code which is clearly listed in the official event description. Dress code requirements may vary by event and are enforced at the door. Failure to comply with the stated dress code may result in denied entry without refund.
6. Media Release
By entering the event premises, attendees consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded for promotional, marketing, and/or archival purposes. Attendees grant Goodtimers and its partners full rights to use such media without compensation or further approval.
7. No Re-entry Policy
Re-entry to the event is not permitted unless otherwise stated in the event details.
8. Outside Items Prohibited
No outside food, beverages, or unauthorized items are allowed into the event. Bags are subject to search upon entry.
9. Event Modifications
Goodtimers reserves the right to make changes to any aspect of the event (including but not limited to the date, time, venue, entertainment lineup, or capacity limits) at any time and for any reason. Goodtimers is not responsible for any incidental or consequential costs incurred by ticket holders as a result of such changes.
10. Ticket Authenticity
Tickets must be purchased through official channels, including www.goodtimersentertainment.com. Goodtimers is not responsible for counterfeit, duplicate, or otherwise fraudulent tickets obtained from unauthorized sources.
